Service Description
Free 15-Minute Consultation — Brows & Lip Blushing Not sure which service is right for you? A separate consultation may not be necessary. For clients with no previous permanent makeup, a separate consultation is not required. The beginning of every brow appointment includes a detailed consultation where we evaluate your skin type, natural brow shape, hair density and natural hair-growth pattern to determine which technique will look the most natural and retain best in your skin. Not every technique works for every brow. Your natural hair direction is especially important when considering Microblading, since the hairstrokes need to flow naturally with your existing brow hairs. Skin type, hair growth and your desired finished look will all help determine whether Microblading, Ombré Brows or Combination Brows are the best choice for you. If you’re unsure which brow service to book, that’s completely okay. Simply choose the service you feel is closest to what you want — for example, Combination Brows. Once you arrive, we’ll go over everything together and the service can easily be changed if another technique is better suited for you. You do not need to cancel, rebook or schedule a separate consultation. A complimentary 15-minute consultation is primarily recommended for clients with previous Microblading or permanent makeup, especially when a correction or cover-up may be needed. You may also send a clear, makeup-free photo of your eyebrows for review instead of scheduling an in-person consultation. For Lip Blushing, consultations are available if you would like to discuss your natural lip color, desired results or candidacy before booking. 15 minutes • Complimentary
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY In order to provide all clients with exceptional service and the best possible experience, the following policies apply: Deposit Policy A $200 deposit is required to reserve your appointment and is applied toward your total service cost. • Deposits are refundable only if the appointment is cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. • Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling & Cancellation Permanent makeup services are time-intensive and require dedicated appointment blocks. By booking, you are reserving time exclusively for your service. If you need to cancel or reschedule, a minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in loss of the $200 deposit, and a new $200 deposit will be required to book a future appointment. No-Call / No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will lose their deposit and will not be permitted to book future appointments. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
